The more one accepts the inevitable, the more one lives!

Fear is what is most dangerous in this world and the most powerful fear is fear of death.
When one feels they are beyond help, is when the real fear of death will kick in, but before that, its a fear that haunts. Once you realize the ticking of your time here on planet Earth, it stays with you, the awareness. Always in the back of your mind.
Every now and then it tries to make its way to the forefront, and then we minimize the thought with:
Other things that are happening in our lives
Try and focus on a problem harder or
Create a problem to make the fear of death go away
Our mind tries to protect us always, particularly from harsh truths, that it thinks we are not ready for. So, we extend the time we have, until we absolutely have to accept and embrace the fear — we try to control the fear and go on with our everyday lives.
What do we get from embracing the fear of death?
Being the most powerful fear in existence, accepting the fear of death, will give you the power to face anything in this world. The realization and true acceptance is all it takes.
If we do truly accept the inevitable and embrace the fear of death, the only way forward is living life wholly, heartfully, expressively, and freely in every way we want!!
But embracing it, is the hardest thing to do for many, who’d rather just survive by pushing the thought to the back of their mind, and in essence only ever tapping 20% of their true potential in strength, will power, determination and everything else.
So, why can’t we accept it?
Mostly because, when we try to contemplate about living wholly, doing everything our heart desires, and letting go of other mundane fears, another thought comes in — ‘What if I did everything I want to and that’s it for me?’
One way or another fear of death is going to get to you and haunt you. So..
Train your mind to overcome fear altogether
It is really exhausting and straining on one’s mind to live in the haunting fear everyday and it is better to rip the band-aid and just accept it.
How do we do that?
Easy ways you can embrace fear:
If you have fear of death itself — Some people will not realize that fear hurts them or are too worriless about their self, but they will be worried for their loved ones. Those who are around us, the close ones pick up all of our emotions much quicker than ourself. If we are sad and depressed, because fear is very hard to hide, people around us will notice and it will affect them. On that regard, and to not cause too much worry and pass the fear to the people around, it is best to embrace it (I mean acceptance).
If you have general fear to be yourself — There would be people around you, who are your own age, who might have accomplished many great things, but for some reason, it is not through accomplished people we are able to let go fear, but through people who are not so lucky in this world. The fear that you do not want to become like them, is one of the greatest stimuli to get you going — as sad as it is, this is the truth.
If you have general fear to be yourself — The next best thing to overcome fear is health ailments. Either your own health or the moment someone around you encounters something with their health, potentially losing their lives, you would be able to pause and think, ‘What am I doing with my life’? — and often your regret will be fear that is holding you back, stopping you from your 100% potential — and so you would be able to let fear go.
The rather hard ways of accepting fear include:
Just accepting the fact that:
Pain is real
Uneasiness is real
Fear is real
Death is inevitable.
Welcome to the ‘It’s okay’ mentality
At this time, when you have realized that life is limited, the regrets you have in life start to float to the top.
That’s okay. Let the regrets come through because they are the keys to start living freely.
Take actions to rectify the regrets or if possible decide to live without any regrets from that point on.
Regrets → Wishes → Fulfilled → No guilt → Challenge Overcome → Strength gained → No fear = It’s okay mentality
If you still have not broken free from the fear, then you should tell yourself this everyday:
If today is your last day on planet Earth, what would you do?
That is what you have to do today!
Start the process and work on that process everyday. That is what fear of death gives → the power to freely express. Everything else that holds you back from doing what you want to do, sheds in front of the uncertainty of life.
Go for it.
