Pluto Retrograde in Aquarius in the 11th House for an Aries Ascendant

Pluto falls into the list of planets that are slow movers. It’s changes affect us slowly, but very deeply. Pluto completed its forwards and backwards motions in Capricorn, by the end of 2024 and is inside Aquarius in full swing. The upcoming retrograde on May 4th marks Pluto’s annual retrograde which is staying entirely within the bounds of Aquarius. 

Aquarius happens to be Aries’s 11th house. 11th house is the house of dreams, goals, income, gains, friends, social circles and elder siblings — this is what it is generally known for. When Pluto goes retrograde in Aquarius in the 11th house, we have to look at Pluto, Aquarius, 11th house and the symbolism of retrogrades. 

Starting 4th May, until October 13th, Aries you are getting a peak into the other side of your social world. Have you been compromising with a group of people who you call friends, even though you hate them in all honesty? Or vice-versa (your friends hate you)? — You will get to know about it. Pluto gets you to break bad connections, just so you will have more space for some truth in your life.

Is the way you make money dissatisfactory for you, don’t worry — Pluto is going to stop your income, and pivot you in the path of re-assessing your true goals. Yes, harsh. But, needed. 

On a positive note, if you are able to perceive it so, you will realize your true passion in life and can start building the mental construction of what you would like to start working toward when Pluto goes direct, later this year.

You will be able to come back even stronger than you were, prior to the retrograde — that is what Pluto ultimately wants for you. For example, the first time Pluto stepped into Aquarius, some people suddenly lost their jobs (if it happened in their 10th house)— but only because they were in the wrong career. It will be harsh at first, but the more you think about it, you would have been trying to quit for a long time.

Taurus is patient, practical and grounded. All the things that Mercury is not. Mercury is quick, sharp and detail-oriented. The 2nd house is known for income, family, food, finance, assets, speech and throat, mainly. 

When Mercury comes into the second house for an Aries ascendant, it is better to not participate in a debate, both in your home and anywhere else in public. You might think something, but will not be able to string it into words within the time. On the other hand, if you are preparing a court document or a written speech to read out — go for it. The more time you are able to put into something, the better the outcome, and those things are more than favored by this transit. 

When Mercury comes into the house of income and assets, it likes quick schemes — using ones intellect to make quick profits, but this ability is tampered by the Taurean nature of steady and stability. Think long term Aries. No quick day trading, rather invest in stocks that bear fruit later down the line — that will be favored. 

Full Moon in Scorpio in the 8th house for an Aries Ascendant

When there are strong emotions coming up due to happenings in life, and we tend to keep them buried well inside us - maybe because it is embarrassing, we are not ready to face the consequences or we are scared, emotions build up.

Just like fat that starts to accumulate and literally block our arteries, ultimately leading to our demise, unless we take care to remove the blocks, emotions are the same. Emotions need to be let out - and for that we need people who we trust in our lives - in fact that is the purpose that people serve in our life. For us to hear them, and for them to hear us.

If your Scorpio full moon decides to act positively for you, you could be finalizing a tribunal, asset signing or inheriting from your family. In extreme cases, you could also win a lottery ticket that you bought within the past 2 weeks!

Again, all of these seem like life events, that have the potential to make a lot of emotions come to the surface. Good or bad, every emotion needs to be dealt with care and deposited safely with someone, or a paper, so it is not harboring your body.

Sun enters Gemini in the 3rd House for an Aries Ascendant

Gemini season begins on the 20th of May, when Sun dips into Gemini, moving from Taurus. When Sun is in Gemini, like it or not, your personality will be better suited for a social setting, rather than sitting home alone.

If you would like to achieve anything during the month, make sure that you use your intellect, curiosity and communication, to meet with people and exchanging information. If you would like a promotion to come your way, you simply have to attend the office 5 days of the week and bump into people on purpose, make conversation and voila, you'll make it happen.

If you have been thinking about investing in a new tech gadget, go for it. If you believe you can use a tablet to create cool videos and share your knowledge on You tube, for example, buy it. It might be the best time to make the greatest purchase that could alter your life forever, if you can commit to the work ethic everyday.

Do not be surprised if you are invited to a party of two and are asked for opinions or even gossip about other people. You are a clever person, but don't let your tongue slip for you to regret your words later.

You will have the ability to clearly communicate to your benefit, but do not get over confident. If you believe that you are prone to gossip and spill unnecessary words which you cannot clean up later, it is best to use your extreme energy in fitness. Work out everyday, keep moving, and talk less.

Another way to mediate this intense energy is by learning. The more you know, the more you will know how not to talk, which anyone can always include in their book of life lessons.

Saturn enters Aries in the 1st house for an Aries Ascendant

The major transit of the month is Saturn's, as it moves into Aries into your 1st house, joining the already transiting Neptune in Aries. Saturn is known for its structure, discipline and responsibility, which is what it expects from every human, as it transits, providing trials and tests in various forms.

Aries, your 1st house, is your house of self-identity and self-image. When Saturn steps into Aries, your outlook on your self has to change for the better. If you are a person who doesn't feel confident, but always think that you need to find a way, this is your way. At the beginning of the transit, when Saturn traverses the early degrees of Aries, you will be given a test, the Saturn test. If you pass it, or at least show signs of working towards the test every single day with discipline, you will not be punished. This is especially true if this year marks your Saturn return.

The forms of Saturnian punishments will be something that you cannot imagine and the slowest and longest difficulty you would have ever faced. For Aries, this transit asks you to become more responsible. Think of the facets of your life, where you sense of self have been damaged or non-improving because you have not taken responsibility. Gemini is Mercury's house - meaning Mercury is the lord of the 3rd house and Gemini. When Mercury is in its own house, it is the best it could operate in terms of projects and plans involving technology, analysis, communication and logical thinking.

If you have plans for starting a blog, of course a great time! If you would like to travel, then go ahead a book the tickets - not for a long trip though, just within 100 to 200 kms maybe. If you would like to learn a new skill, enroll in the course online or make the effort and go in person. If you have a sibling who needs your assistance, then jump on the opportunity and help them out.

Mercury in Gemini is a great time for an Aries to ideate many ventures. It is a time to put the flow of thoughts in paper and then wait for the right time to pick an idea to take to the next level.

Other than that, a great time to socialize with your already established circle, speaking your mind honestly and getting things moving, as well as using modes other than verbal to express your ideas. I am not saying that you shouldn't talk - of course Mercury in Gemini is for the purpose of communication - but for an Aries, it is best if you don't speak much and let go of your ideas and seek pleasure from just expressing - rather contain your ideas and communicate it only to your paper or laptop, until the time is right and all cards are in place.

New Moon in Gemini in the 3rd House for an Aries Ascendant

The month ends with the major planetary happening of New Moon in Gemini. It is a time to plant the seeds on your communication project that you have been mulling over for the entire month. It could be the beginning of your podcast, blog, or magazine or anything that you can imagine in the field of expression. You could also be beginning a new course of study, ignited by your curiosity and thirst for knowledge.

Whatever your pursuit anything that you start during a new moon, will see effect but it will take time. It is no ordinary ritual to write intentions in a journal on a new moon, because your thoughts are you, your plans today are what you will work on tomorrow.
